Welcome to MoveAtoZ! These guidelines are designed to help you understand your responsibilities and ensure a safe, reliable, and professional service for all users. By driving with MoveAtoZ, you agree to follow these guidelines at all times.

  1. Driver Eligibility and Documentation

    • Ensure you have a valid and current driver’s license.
    • Maintain all necessary vehicle documents (registration, insurance, fitness certificate, permits) and keep them up to date.
    • Submit all required documents to your Vendor for verification before starting work on the platform.
    • Notify your Vendor immediately if any documents expire or are revoked.
  1. Professional Conduct

  • Be punctual and arrive at the pickup location on time.
  • Maintain a polite, respectful, and professional demeanor with passengers and organizational representatives.
  • Dress appropriately and maintain personal hygiene.
  • Avoid the use of alcohol, drugs, or any substances that could impair your driving ability during work hours.
  1. Vehicle Standards

  • Ensure your vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and safe to operate at all times.
  • Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks as per the manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Avoid smoking or allowing passengers to smoke inside the vehicle.
  • Follow all local traffic laws, regulations, and safety rules.
  1. Trip Management

  • Accept trips only through the MoveAtoZ app as assigned by your Vendor.
  • Confirm trip details with the passenger before starting the journey.
  • Follow the planned route unless rerouted by the passenger or due to unavoidable traffic conditions.
  • Update the trip status accurately in the app (start, en route, complete).
  • Report any trip cancellations or delays promptly to your Vendor.
  1. Safety and Security

  • Always wear your seatbelt and ensure passengers do the same.
  • Drive safely and responsibly, adhering to speed limits and road signs.
  • Do not use a mobile phone or other devices while driving unless hands-free.
  • Report any accidents, incidents, or emergencies immediately to your Vendor and MoveAtoZ support.
  1. Handling Passenger Concerns

  • Listen carefully and address passenger concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to your Vendor or MoveAtoZ support for assistance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and do not disclose passenger details to unauthorized persons.
  1. Prohibited Activities

  • Avoid engaging in any illegal, unsafe, or unethical activities while on duty.
  • Do not share your login credentials or allow others to drive using your account.
  1. Compliance and Monitoring

  • Comply with all MoveAtoZ policies, terms, and guidelines.
  • Cooperate with any audits, inspections, or monitoring activities conducted by your Vendor or MoveAtoZ.
  • Understand that repeated violations may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
  1. Support and Communication

  • Use the MoveAtoZ app and communication channels for all trip-related instructions and support.
  • Keep your contact information updated in the app for timely communication.
  • Reach out to your Vendor or MoveAtoZ support for any questions, issues, or emergencies.
