1. Definitions

   • Platform: The MoveAtoZ mobile app and web-based panels.
   • User: Any individual or entity using the Platform.
   • Organization: A company utilizing the Platform to manage employee transport.
   • Vendor: A transport service provider using the Platform to manage drivers.
   • Employee: A user accessing the app through an Organization.
   • Driver: A user accessing the app through a Vendor.

2. Access & Account Responsibility

For Organizations and Vendors

• Must complete registration and onboarding to access the Platform.
• Are responsible for the accuracy of employee/driver data they add.
• Must ensure that user consent for data sharing is obtained prior to onboarding users.

For Employees and Drivers

• Access is granted via the associated Organization or Vendor.
• Must use the Platform as per role-specific access only.
• Are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

3. Permitted Use

All users must:

• Use the Platform solely for its intended operational purposes.
• Not misuse or exploit the Platform, attempt to breach security, or use it for unlawful activity.

4. Responsibilities by Role

Organizations

• Ensure valid and up-to-date employee records.
• Oversee trip requests and usage within the panel.
• Accept billing terms (if applicable) and ensure compliance by employees.

Vendors

• Onboard only verified and authorized drivers and vehicles.
• Maintain legal compliance and valid documentation.
• Monitor driver behavior and respond to incident reports.

Employees

• Use the app for legitimate transport purposes only.
• Report any unauthorized use, errors, or concerns to their Organization.

Drivers

• Operate trips safely, follow all legal and traffic norms.
• Maintain updated personal and vehicle documentation.
• Keep trip status accurate and timely in the app.

5. Data Collection & Use

MoveAtoZ may collect personal, usage, and location-based information during platform use.
Organizations and Vendors are responsible for ensuring that data sharing with us is based on proper user consent.

6. Confidentiality

Organizations and Vendors shall not disclose any operational data, reports, or system design features of the Platform to third parties without prior written approval.

7. Billing & Fees

Where applicable:

• Software charges will be billed as per the agreed pricing model.
• Non-payment or disputes may result in suspension of services.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform:

• For violations of these Terms
• Upon inactivity or misuse
• Upon termination by the Organization or Vendor

Users may request deletion or raise concerns via their respective admin or directly through our support.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, branding, and content are the property of MoveAtoZ. No part may be copied, reproduced, or reverse engineered without our permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

MoveAtoZ provides the Platform as a service facilitator. We are not liable for:

• Acts or omissions of Organizations, Vendors, Employees, or Drivers
• Delays, accidents, or operational issues during trips
• Any loss arising from unauthorized use of the Platform

11. Indemnity

Organizations and Vendors agree to indemnify MoveAtoZ against any legal claims, penalties, or losses arising from their users’ misuse or violation of law via the Platform.

12. Force Majeure

MoveAtoZ is not liable for service disruption caused by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or cyber-attacks.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in [Insert Your City/State].

14. Updates to Terms
